About this website

This website is a catalogue of Xeinth clothing. It shows our pieces, prices and sizes, and lets you start an order on WhatsApp. No payment is taken on this website.

Placing an order

• Choose a piece and a size, then tap Buy now. WhatsApp opens with a message describing your order. Nothing is sent until you press send.
• An order is accepted only when we confirm it in the chat. Until then, nothing is reserved for you.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a piece is out of stock, if details are incomplete, or if a price was shown in error. If you have already paid for an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund what you paid.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Bangladeshi taka (৳) and are shown on each product.
• Delivery charges, if any, and the total are confirmed in the chat before you pay.
• Payment methods are agreed in the chat. We will never ask for your card details, bank passwords or one-time codes.
• Prices can change. The price confirmed in the chat is the price you pay.

Delivery

We confirm the delivery area, charge and estimated time in the chat. Estimated times are a guide, not a guarantee. Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any problem straight away.

Exchanges and returns

Our exchange and return terms are confirmed in the chat before you pay. If something is wrong with your order, message us and we will work with you to put it right.

Product information

We try to show every piece accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and product names and short descriptions are a guide. Ask us in the chat about fabric, measurements and fit before you order.

Drop sign-up

If you sign up for news about new drops, we will contact you as described in our Privacy Policy. You can stop at any time.

Using the website

Please do not misuse the website. This includes trying to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, scraping it automatically, or submitting false or abusive sign-ups.

Our content

The Xeinth name, product photos, text and design of this website belong to Xeinth. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Other services

This website links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and uses Web3Forms for the sign-up form. These services are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Liability

We do our best to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.
