What we collect

• Next drop sign-up: your email address and WhatsApp number, only if you enter them in the sign-up form.
• Orders and questions on WhatsApp: your WhatsApp name and number, the messages you send us, and the details you share to complete an order, such as your name, size, delivery address and payment confirmation.
• Technical data: like every website, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics that identify you. We never ask for card details, bank passwords or one-time codes on this website.

How we use it

• To tell you about new drops by email and WhatsApp, if you signed up.
• To answer your questions, and to confirm, deliver and support your orders.
• To keep the website secure and working.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to these purposes.

Your consent

When you submit the sign-up form, you agree that we may contact you by email and WhatsApp about new drops. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see "Your choices and rights" below). Withdrawing does not affect messages already sent.

Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

• Web3Forms, which delivers sign-up form entries to our email inbox.
• Our email provider, where sign-ups are received and kept.
• WhatsApp (Meta), which carries our chats with you.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
• Delivery partners, who receive your name, phone number and address so they can deliver your order.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

These services handle data under their own privacy policies, and some of them may process it outside Bangladesh.

How we store and protect it

Sign-ups are kept in our email inbox. Order details are kept in our WhatsApp chats and order records. Only the people who run Xeinth can access them, and our accounts are protected with strong passwords. This website is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect yours.

How long we keep it

We keep sign-up details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep order details for as long as we need them to deliver and support your order and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them.

Your choices and rights

• Stop drop messages: reply STOP to any drop email or WhatsApp message, or email us.
• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.

Children

This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete their details.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
